, our temporary division , provides assistance to businesses in handling excess or special workloads. We assigns our own employees to assist our customers. An employer-employee relationship exists between Anderson Staffing and the temporary employee. A supplier-purchaser relationship exists between Anderson Staffing and our customers.

Anderson Staffing assumes the obligations normally related to all employers – advertising, interviewing, skill & reference testing, paying the wages, the taxes, providing Workers Compensation and Unemployment insurance. We maintain this responsibility throughout the employment period.

As employers of temporary workers, the temporary help industry employ millions of workers yearly throughout the United States and pay out billions of dollars yearly in payroll, taxes as well as Workers Compensation & Unemployment claims.

The appropriate use of temporary workers as a supplement to direct hire employees reduces expenses in recruiting, testing, turnover and employee benefit expenses. Each full time employee costs your company an additional 30-45% in hidden expenses. Temporaries are an efficient allocation of resources as an alternative to paying overtime and there is no cost for absenteeism because we charge our client only for the actual number of hours worked by the temporary worker. Anderson Staffing guarantee the quality of our service. If notified promptly (within the first 4 hours of an assignment, we will not charge our customers for the hours worked by an unsatisfactory worker and will replace the worker upon request.
