customers. An employer-employee relationship exists between Anderson Staffing
and the temporary employee. A supplier-purchaser relationship exists between
Anderson Staffing and our customers.
Anderson Staffing assumes the obligations normally related to all
employers – advertising, interviewing, skill & reference testing, paying the
wages, the taxes, providing Workers Compensation and Unemployment insurance. We
maintain this responsibility throughout the employment period.
As employers of temporary workers, the temporary help industry employ millions
of workers yearly throughout the United States and pay out billions of dollars
yearly in payroll, taxes as well as Workers Compensation & Unemployment claims.
